Overlooking physical fitness and nutrition is easy, especially with so much on the list of to do’s, and the frequent long, busy days. Even as a Certified Personal Trainer and health advocate, getting wrapped up into the whirlwind of the week can leave me in a nutritional funk, and no doubt keep me from hitting goals in the gym.
So, to keep up with my always jam-packed schedule while still allowing me to keep my overall health and fitness on point, I rely heavily on supporting my bodies needs with top of the line supplements. Whether I am on the road traveling for work or finishing a grueling workout and want to optimize my recovery, I choose to support my mental and physical needs with these staples from Wilderness Athlete.
