Overlooking physical fitness and nutrition is easy, especially with so much on the list of to do’s, and the frequent long, busy days. Even as a Certified Personal Trainer and health advocate, getting wrapped up into the whirlwind of the week can leave me in a nutritional funk, and no doubt keep me from hitting goals in the gym.

So, to keep up with my always jam-packed schedule while still allowing me to keep my overall health and fitness on point, I rely heavily on supporting my bodies needs with top of the line supplements. Whether I am on the road traveling for work or finishing a grueling workout and want to optimize my recovery, I choose to support my mental and physical needs with these staples from Wilderness Athlete.

Add it to a half scoop of the PALEO(ish) Hydrate & Recover, mix with cold water, and drink as a shot.

Add into your regimen on long days behind the desk, or when you need a boost of jitter-free energy.

Adding Lean Life in keeps me from making unneeded trips to the kitchen, while keeping my metabolism rolling on those not so active days.

Start the day with a half scoop added into your Green Infusion, and mix a scoop post-workout session. You may also enjoy it during your workout if you choose.

Take two capsules in the morning before the “crazy” begins, and be sure to drink plenty of water to help support brain function, metabolism, and focus.

Mix one scoop with 8-10 oz unsweetened coconut milk, ¼ cup frozen banana, ¼ cup almonds, and a tablespoon of almond butter.

If you are following a ketogenic diet, or you are looking to add more healthy fat in you can also add a scoop of the Wild C8 MCT Powder.

There are many products on the market today, and what your body needs can be hard to navigate. I recommend you define your goals, assess your needs, and start with the basics. Optimize our overall mental and physical function with the above-mentioned supplements, and start feeling the difference for yourself.
